Your privacy is important to us. It is Health Navigator's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our application.
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. The data we collect includes your physical characteristics (age, weight, height), activity level, health goals, and food logs. This information is stored securely in your personal Firebase account.
The data you provide is used exclusively to power the AI features of the app. We use it to generate personalized diet plans, create workout routines, analyze your progress, and provide tailored recommendations. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Your data is used for the sole purpose of enhancing your experience within the Health Navigator app.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your data is stored within your own secure space in Google's Firebase platform. We do not have direct access to your login credentials.
If you choose to use the coaching feature, you explicitly grant permission to your designated coach to view your profile, logs, and progress data. This access is read-only for most data and is designed to allow your coach to monitor your progress and provide guidance. Access can only be granted by you sending a request and can be revoked (a feature to be managed by the coach).
